自噬介导肠黏膜屏障维持肠道稳态在炎症性肠病中的作用 被引量:23

摘要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种病因及发病机制尚未明确的胃肠道疾病,主要包括克罗恩病(Crohn′s disease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)。近年的流行病学调查显示,我国IBD发病率和患病率总体呈上升趋势,已极大影响患者的生活质量和社会生产力。研究证实,肠道黏膜屏障改变与IBD的发生密切相关,而自(autophagy)在维护肠黏膜屏障及防止IBD的发生中起着不可忽视的作用。本文就此作一综述。
