摘要
为提高机床运行阶段的能量利用率,针对目前机床加工间隔节能方法缺乏考虑工件随机到达的现状,提出一种面向工件随机到达的机床节能运行方法。基于机床运行状态制定了一种机床在加工间隔中的节能运行策略,以计算机床在采用该节能运行策略后的一个加工间隔中所消耗的预期能量。通过对该预期能量的优化,实现对节能运行策略中机床运行参数的优化,得到节能运行方法。将该机床节能运行方法应用到具体实验中进行分析,比较使用节能运行方法前后机床在加工间隔中消耗的能量,结果显示,机床应用所提节能运行方法后能适应工件的随机到达,并提高其在加工间隔中的能量利用率。
Aiming at the problem of lack consideration for work piece random arrival in existing researches on energysaving methods of machine tool's machining interval,an energy-saving operation method of machine tool was put forward to improve the energy utilization of machine tool.An energy-saving operation strategy of machine tool in a machining interval was developed based on machine tool running states.According to the developed energy-saving operation strategy,the expected energy consumption of machine tool in a machining interval was calculated by using energy consumption model of machine tool based on machine tool running states.The machine tool operating parameter of this energy-saving operation method was optimized by optimization of the expected energy.The energy-saving operation method was applied to a specific test,and the results showed that the energy-saving operation method could adapt to work piece random arrival as well as improve the energy efficiency of machine tool in the machining interval.
