再制造成本扰动情景下制造商竞争型闭环供应链的生产决策 被引量:13

摘要 为减少再制造成本扰动对制造商竞争型闭环供应链造成的危害,在制造商自身扰动、竞争对手扰动和双扰动三种情景下,研究了两个竞争制造商和一个零售商组成的闭环供应链系统中的最优生产决策。研究发现:三种扰动情景下的销售价格和产量以及对手扰动情景下的回收率决策具有鲁棒性,但自身扰动和双扰动情景下的回收率决策始终随再制造成本的扰动而变动;自身扰动和双扰动情景下的制造商利润和三种情景下的零售商利润均随再制造成本扰动的增加而减少,对手扰动情景下的制造商利润随再制造成本扰动量的增加而增加;单扰动对产量和制造商利润的决策影响最大,双扰动对价格、回收率和零售商利润的决策影响最大;制造商之间的竞争越激烈,决策鲁棒性的范围越小。 To reduce the damage of remanufacturing cost disruption on manufacturer competitive closed-loop supply chain,the optimal production decisions in closed-loop supply chains consisted of two competing manufacturers and one retailer with remanufacturing costs disruptions was researched under the background that three types of remanufacturing costs disruptions scenarios which was manufacturer himself disruptions,competitor disruptions and double disruptions.The results indicated that the pricing and production quantity decisions under three types of remanufacturing costs disruptions scenarios,and the return rate decision with competitor disruptions had certain robustness,while the return rate decision with manufacturer himself or double disruptions always changed.The profits of manufacturer under himself or double disruptions scenarios,and the profits of retailer under three disruptions scenarios were decreased with disruptions,while the profit of manufacturer under competitor disruption scenario was increased with disruptions.The influence of one manufacturer with disruptions on production quantity and the profit of manufacturer was the most,while the influence of double disruptions on price,return rate and the profit of retailer was the most.The greater the competition between manufacturers,the smaller the robustness region.
