复合材料加固混凝土桥梁结构有限元模拟 被引量:2

Finite element simulation of the RC bridge structure strengthened with composites

摘要 复合材料胶接修复加固技术具有修复速度快、结构增重少、高效可靠等诸多优点,已成为加固修补混凝土结构的新型技术。采用有限元方法,对比分析了复合材料加固钢筋混凝土桥梁结构前后的力学性能,并研究了复合材料粘贴面积、纤维铺层角度,以及铺层材料及顺序对钢筋混凝土桥梁加固效果的影响。结果表明:与加固前相比,加固后混凝土桥梁内部的应力、应变及最大变形有明显降低,最少可分别降低60%,56%和11%。且复合材料粘贴面积和纤维铺层角度对桥梁的加固效果有显著的影响,而铺层材料及顺序对其加固效果则无明显影响。实验结果显示,最佳加固方案为:全部采用碳纤维复合材料、预浸料带数量为5、纤维铺层角度为[0]_4。该方案加固后桥梁内部的最大应力为81.7 MPa,最大应变为0.27%,最大变形为15.96 mm。 The composite adhesive repairing and strengthening technology has many advantages such as fast fix speed,less weight gain,high efficiency and reliability et al.,which has become a new technology for repairing and strengthening the concrete structure.In this study,the mechanical properties of the unstrengthened and strengthened RC bridge structures were analyzed and compared by using finite element method(FEM).Besides,the effect of the quantities of the prepreg tape,the fiber orientation,the material type and the lay-up sequence on the mechanical properties of the composites strengthened RC bridge structures were studied.The simulation results show that the internal maximum stress,maximum strain and maximum deformation of the strengthened RC bridge structure decreased clearly,which least can decreased by 60%,56% and 11%,respectively,in comparison to the unstrengthened RC bridge structure.Furthermore,it is found that the mechanical properties are obviously influenced by the quantities of the prepreg tape and the fiber orientation,but slightly influenced by the material type and the lay-up sequence.The best reinforcement scheme is that lay-up material all adopt CFRP,5 prepreg tapes,[0]4lay-up angle.For this strengthened RC bridge structure,the maximum stress,maximum strain and maximum deformation of the bridge is 81.7 MPa,0.27% and 15.96 mm,respectively.
