摘要 过滤是水处理过程中基本而又重要的环节。针对目前企业提出的过滤器纳污量小、易受污物堵塞、无法监控过滤器的状态等问题,作者对传统水处理设备进行了升级改造。从增大过滤容量、实时不间断供水、减小制造难度和降低制造成本的目标考虑,设计研发了单元式自清洗设备。文章从设备的组成、电气控制系统原理、PLC控制电路图以及电气柜面板示意图方面介绍。设计的产品与其它型号的过滤器相比具有自动化程度高、处理量大、自行清洗排污并不间断供水、适用性广泛等优点。 Filter is a basic and important step in the process of water treatment. The current filters' volume is small, vulnerable to contamination jams, unable to monitor the state of the filter. The author upgrades the traditional water treatment equipment from increasing the filtering capacity, real-time uninterrupted water supply,reducing the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost, and design self-cleaning equipment. In this paper, the equipment composition, electric control system principle, PLC control schematic circuit diagram and electric cabinet panel are introduced. The products, compared with other types of filters, are designed with a high degree of automation, large quantity, self-cleaning sewage, uninterrupted water supply and wide applicability, etc.
