摘要
河南是农业大省,对粮安天下责任重大。通过实证论述河南省发展生态农业的紧迫性和重要性,提出河南省生态农业发展离不开耕地保护和生态环境保护"两条红线"。在得出河南省生态农业前景广阔的前提下,提出河南省全产业链生态农业推进路径及推进策略,加快生态农业科学规划、产业化经营、建设生态农业技术支撑体系、创新农村金融、加快土地流转、实现规模效益将极大提升河南省生态农业的综合效益。
As a big agricultural province of Henan, it is the major responsibility of food security in the world. The urgency and importance of ecological agriculture of Henan province are discussed, Henan ecological agriculture can＇t be separated from the two red lines of cultivated land protection and ecological environment protection. Under the premise of ecological agriculture broad prospects, put forward the promoting path and recommend strategies of the whole industry chain ecological agriculture in Henan, speed up the support for ecological agriculture scientific planning, industrial management, construction the system of ecological agriculture technology, innovate rural financial, speed up the transfer of land to achieve scale economies, which greatly enhance the comprehensive benefits of ecological agriculture in Henan province。
