摘要 为了实时测量大气中粉尘浓度,设计了一套基于光散射原理的检测系统。根据朗伯-比尔定律可知,准确测量透射光强是检测的关键因素。系统采用锂电池供电,以STM32微处理器为核心,测量光束通过被测介质前后的光强变化,转化为电信号,经运放放大后送入ADC处理,实现浓度信息采集,DHT11检测环境中温湿度,实时时钟设置系统的日期和时间,数据经单片机处理后动态显示在LCD5110上,可以通过菜单和AD键盘进行功能设置。实验结果表明,该系统能实现便携实时测量,相对误差小于10%,精度较高,具有功能丰富、超限报警、实用性强、功耗低、操作简单、固件升级容易等特点。 In order to realize real-time measurement of dust concentration in atmosphere,a kind of detection system based on the principle of light scattering is designed. According to the law of the Lambert-Beer,accurate measurement of transmitted light intensity is the key factor of the system. The system uses lithium battery-powered,with STM32 microprocessor as the core; the concentration information is collected by measuring the change of light intensity when light transforming the change into electrical signals through the measured medium,and transmitting the signals to the ADC after amplified; temperature and humidity are detected by DHT11; the date and time are set by real-time clock; the data,processed by the MCU dynamic,is displayed on LCD5110; and function can be set through the menu and AD keyboard. The experimental results show that the system can realize portable and real-time measurement,has a high accuracy with the relative error less than10%,and possesses the characteristics of abundant functions such as warning over limit,strong practicality,low power dissipation,simple operation,easy firmware upgrading.
