摘要
[目的]探析王庆国教授重用芍药甘草治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛验案一则,总结其临证经验。[方法]通过跟随王庆国教授门诊并结合验案,学习王教授结合虚实辨证治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛时重用芍药甘草缓急止痛的学术观点和临床经验。[结果]王庆国教授认为带状疱疹后遗神经痛虽多为邪实阻络致痛,但亦有因久病损伤阴血,或是年迈体衰、筋脉失养所致的不荣之痛。针对此类病证,在辨证准确的情况下,需重用芍药、甘草等养阴柔筋之品,同时配合他药兼清余邪。所选验案即是以本思路治疗,取得显著疗效。[结论]王庆国教授治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的经验,特色鲜明,疗效确切,值得深入学习和推广。
Objective] The article introduces a medical case of Professor Wang Qingguo, a famous TCM physicians treating postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） with high-dose Shaoyao and Gancao. [Methods] By following professor Wang Qingguo clinics and combining test case,learning the experience and thoughts of professor Wang treating postherpetic neuralgia with high-dose Shaoyao and Gancao. [Results] Professor Wang Qingguo believes that not only the evil influence stasis induces the pain,but also because of the chronic injury of yin and blood,i.e the case postherpetic neuralgia. When treating such syndromes, using high-dose Shaoyao and Gancao or other nourishing drugs,and removing the evil are required. The selected test case that was based on this idea of treatment, achieved remarkable results.[Conclusion] The experience of professor Wang Qingguo in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is different and effective,worthy of in-depth study and understanding.
