滴加工艺对聚羧酸减水剂分子构象及其性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了滴加工艺对聚羧酸减水剂分子构象、分子质量及其性能的影响。利用凝胶渗透色谱仪测试了聚羧酸减水剂的分子构象、分子质量及其分布,发现滴加时间的延长使聚醚大单体的转化率增大,使聚羧酸减水剂的分子构象越来越伸展,同时使聚羧酸减水剂分子质量增加且分子质量分布变窄。当滴加时间为3 h时,聚羧酸减水剂的性能达到最优,且聚羧酸减水剂的分子构象、分子质量及其分布适中。 The effect of dropping process on the molecular conformation,the molecular weight and the properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizers has been investigated. The molecular conformation,the molecular weight and its distribution of polycarboxylate superptasticizers were measured using a gel permeation chromatograph (GPC). The experimental results indicated that with increasing the dropping time,the conversion rate of polyether shown the increased trend,the molecular conformation became more and more stretched, the molecular weight increased and its distribution became narrow. When the dropping time was 3 honrs,the molecular conformation,the molecular weight and its distribution were appropriate,which resulted in the optimal performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
