渗沥液处理中反渗透膜进水预处理药剂的比选

摘要 通过试验研究,确定渗沥液处理中反渗透膜进水预处理中投加的软化剂可以选用氢氧化钙和氢氧化钠,并进行配比投加,投加氢氧化钙将p H调至10.5~11,再投加氢氧化钠将p H调至12.5,出水硬度去除率较佳,且出水电导率均在反渗透膜进水水质要求的正常范围;建议投加适量氧化剂以降低有机物对反渗透膜的污染;建议不投加絮凝剂。 The experiment results showed that Ca(OH)2and Na OH should be added with a certain ratio as pre-treatment softener in leachate pre-treatment with RO membrane. Ca(OH)2should be added until p H approaches 10.5-11,and Na OH should be added until p H approaches 12.5. The removal ratio of water hardness can reach the peak with a normal TDS. It is supposed that some oxidants should be added to reduce organic pollution in RO membrane. Flocculant is not recommended to add.
