摘要
通过观测某建筑物沉降变形情况,分析了其不均匀沉降的原因,采用旋喷桩托换、小直径树根桩围箍加固,并结合竖向钻孔排挤土迫降纠偏的方式,综合加固和纠偏已发生不均匀沉降的建筑物,取得了较为理想的施工效果和经济效益。
Through the observation on the subsidence deformation situation of a certain building,this paper analyzed the reasons of uneven settlement,using the jet grouting pile underpinning,small diameter root pile enclose hoop reinforcement,and combining with the vertical drilling exclude dirt landing rectification method,comprehensive reinforcement and rectification occurred uneven settlement building,gained ideal construction effect and economic benefit.
