摘要
近年来越来越多的报道提示大气颗粒物(PM)可能具有肾脏毒性效应。流行病学调查和毒理学实验提示PM暴露可影响肾脏结构和功能,长期PM暴露还可能和肾癌患病风险增高有关。PM影响肾脏的作用机制尚未阐明,可能与炎性反应、氧化应激及DNA损伤等机制有关。本文针对现有的研究资料,对大气PM对肾脏影响的研究进展进行综述。
Evidences with regard to the toxic effects of airborne particulate matter（PM）on kidney are increasing in recent years. Epidemiological and toxicological studies have suggested detrimental effects of PM exposure on the structure and function of kidney. Long - term exposure to PM has been possibly correlated with the increased risk of renal cancer. The mechanisms of PM effects on kidney remain unclear. However, several plausible mechanisms, including inflammation, oxidative stress and DNA damage may be involved. The paper made a review of the research progress about the influence of PM on kidney based on available research data.
