摘要
目的评价给予妇产科术后疼痛患者综合护理措施的效果。方法选取我院2014年11月～2015年11月手术治疗的妇产科患者88例,分为对比组和分析组:对比组行传统护理,分析组行综合护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果分析组总有效率为95.45%,高于对比组的77.27%;分析组患者护理满意度为95.45%,高于对比组的75.00%,分析组在护理有效性及护理满意度方面均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妇产科术后疼痛患者综合护理干预措施效果明显,可推广应用。
Objective To evaluate for postoperative pain of obstetrics and gynecology patients the effect of comprehensive nursing measures.Methods To choose the hospital in November 2014-November 2015 lines of surgical treatment of obstetrics and gynecology patients 88 cases,divided into two groups：control group lines of traditional nursing,analysis group comprehensive nursing, nursing effect. Results The total effective rate was 95.45%,analysis group,control group is 77.27%; Nursing satisfaction analysis group patients was 95.45%,the control group was 75.00%,on the validity and nursing satisfaction of nursing analysis group were better than contrast group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving of obstetrics and gynecology patients postoperative pain effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures,can be applied.
