摘要
运动神经元病是一种病因尚不明确的慢性进行性变性疾病,主要临床表现为肌肉萎缩、肌无力、呼吸困难等,最终患者可能在有意识的情况下呼吸无力而死。在2015年12月我院收治1例运动神经元病患者,经治疗和康复护理,患者已好转出院。对于神经元病合并气管切开的患者及时给予针对性的治疗和康复护理,能减轻患者的痛苦,并取得一定的临床治疗效果。
Motor neuron disease was a cause of chronic progressive degeneration disease, and major clinical manifestations were muscle rudeness, muscle weakness, difficulty breathing and so on. Eventually patients may die consciously processing unable breath. 1 case of motor neuron disease were admitted in December 2015, and patients had recovered discharge from hospital by the treatment and rehabilitation care. Patients with neuron disease merging tracheotomy timely received pertinency treatment and rehabilitation nursing, and can alleviate the suffering of patients, and get a certain clinical therapeutic effect.
