苗期不同光周期处理对苦瓜性别分化及相关生理特性的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Photoperiod in Seedling Stage on Floral Sex Differentiation and Related Physiological Characteristics of Bitter Gourd (Momordica charantia L.)

摘要 以2个苦瓜品种(‘如玉33号’和‘如玉41号’)为材料,研究4种不同光周期处理后的雌花节率、内源氧化酶类活性和可溶性蛋白质含量变化。结果表明:适当短光照(8、10h)处理使苦瓜雌花节率、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量升高,CAT和SOD活性降低;长光照(14h)处理使苦瓜雌花节率、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量降低,CAT和SOD活性升高。综合分析表明在幼苗期‘如玉33号’8h光周期处理和‘如玉41号’10h光周期处理的促进雌花形成效果最佳。 Effects on the emergence of female flower nodes,as well as the oxidase activity and soluble protein content of two cultivars of Momordica charantia L.,Ruyu No.33 and Ruyu No.41,exposed to 3 varied photoperiods and control during their seedling stage were studied.The results showed that,as compared to the control,the flower node emergence rate of the plants,and the peroxidase(POD)activity and soluble protein content of the bitter gourds increased significantly by the short-day(8and 10h)treatments,while the activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased significantly.On the other hand,the long-day(14h)treatment reduced the node emergence,POD activity,and soluble protein,but heightened the CAT and SOD activities for the two cultivars.A comprehensive evaluation on the effects of photoperiods on the sexual differentiation suggested that the 8htreatment was optimal for Ruyu No.33,and 10 hfor Ruyu No.41.
