摘要
目的:探讨变速跳绳模式对大学生的短时运动能力的影响,为大学生增加日常运动量,锻炼身体素质,提供一个有参考价值的依据。方法:测试16名的30s极限单摇跳绳的次数,并记录;通过Wingate功率自行车测试检测短时运动水平,记录数据。两组分别隔天进行维持4周的跳绳训练。匀速组根据跳绳,休息3min,重复6组。变速组根据每人30s的极限跳绳次数的80%,设定节拍器,以每5s为间隔,按照节拍器节奏跳5s,再以极限速度跳5s,持续30s,结束后休息3mim为一个周期,重复6组。4周后,测定16名受试者30s极限单摇跳绳的成绩,短时运动能力。结果:两组30s跳绳成绩、无氧峰值功率均得到提升,变速组疲劳指数下降,匀速组下降不显著;变速组相比匀速组在无氧峰值功率和疲劳指数上有上升更为明显。结论:变速跳绳模式对提高爆发能力和无氧抗疲劳能力相比一般匀速跳绳模式有更好的效果,变速跳绳模式对大学生训练短时运动能力有积极意义。
Objective: To discuss the impact of undergraduates' short time exercise ability in the mode of variable speed rope skipping. Methods: Test 16undergraduates' 30 second rapid single reel rope skipping,and record the data. Test and record the short time exercise ability in Wingate test. The two groups were carried out every other day for 4 weeks skipping training. Uniform speed group according to each of 30 seconds maximum of 90% of the number of rope skipping,set the metronome,subjects follow the metronome uniform speed rope skipping for 30 seconds,rest for 3 minutes,repeated six groups. Variable speed group under 30 seconds per person maximum 80% of the number of rope jumping,set the metronome,metronome rhythm jump 5 seconds,and then jump to the fastest speed for 5 seconds,cycle for 30 seconds,rest for 3 minutes after the end of a cycle,repeated six groups. Test 16 subjects' 30 second rapid single reel rope skipping and short time exercise ability after 4weeks. Results: Both of two groups' results of the number of 30 seconds and peak power were enhanced,power drop of variable speed group decreased,the decrease of uniform speed group was not significant; variable speed group compared to uniform speed group on anaerobic peak power and power drop rose more obviously. Conclusions: Compared to the mode of uniform speed rope jumping,the mode of variable speed rope skipping have better effect in explosive power and anaerobic ability to resist fatigue,training of the mode of variable speed rope skipping has a positive meaning for short time exercise capacity of university students.
