BaZrO_3基型壳制备及其与钛合金熔体的界面反应 被引量:5

摘要 使用新型耐火材料BaZrO3作为面层、以EC95作为背层制成钛合金精密铸造用复合型壳,型壳的面层浆料是由粗粉(-200+325目)和细粉(-325目)按照质量比为1∶1级配而成的BaZrO3,经1 500℃下烧结4h,型壳表面光滑,没有明显裂纹。用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了BaZrO3与钛合金的界面反应,用显微硬度仪测出界面处的α硬化层厚度。结果表明,在钛合金熔体靠近型壳的界面处没有出现明显的反应层,不存在明显的元素扩散,但存在深度为60-80μm的硬化层。 A BaZrO3-coated Al2O3shell-mould was prepared for the precision casting of titanium alloys.The mixed BaZrO3 powder was added to the slurry of face layer,which was composed of 50%fine powder(-325mesh)and 50%fine powder(-200+325mesh).After sintered for 4hours at 1 500℃,the inner surface of mould exhibits smooth with absence of obvious crack.After titanium alloys pouring,the interaction between BaZrO3 and alloy was analyzed by OM and SEM.Theα-layer's thickness near interface was measured by micro-hardness tester.The results reveal that apparent interaction and diffusion of elements in the interface can not be observed,while there exists someα-layer with about 60-80μm in thickness.
