摘要 研究酵母β-葡聚糖增强小鼠免疫力的作用。采用不同剂量组的酵母β-葡聚糖对小鼠灌胃,检测其对小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能的影响。与对照组相比,酵母β-葡聚糖能促进小鼠的细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和巨噬细胞功能。 The aim of this study was to research the enhancing effect of yeast β-glucan on the immunity in mice.The mice were feed different doses yeast β-glucan, then analyse the functions of cell mediated immunity, humoral immunity and macrophages in different groups. The results indicated that the yeast β-glucan can markedly enhance the immunity function in mice.
