摘要 概述了桃、杏和樱桃树种、品种、器官的抗寒性,以及抗寒性的生物物理和生物化学特性、抗寒性评价以及影响抗寒性的内因、栽培、环境与生长调节剂等因素。 Peach,apricot and cherry are very important stone fruits,but chilling injury and frost damage often occur to these fruit trees,which seriously affects the cultivation area and economic incomes. This paper summarized cold hardiness of fruit species,cultivars and different plant organs,biophysical and biochemical aspects of hardiness,evaluation of hardiness,as well as endogenous,cultural and environmental factors,growth regulators affecting cold hardiness in peach,apricot and cherry,in order to provide references for the further studies of winter hardiness and selection and evaluation of cold resistance varieties.
