摘要
利用简单的低温共沉淀方法成功制备出直径7-9μm的四方相钒酸铋(BiVO4)微球,通过对制备的四方相BiVO4微球在500℃退火10h,四方相BiVO4成功转变为单斜相BiVO_4,且形貌和尺寸都没有明显变化。用X射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜技术对所制备的微米晶的成分、形貌和尺寸进行了表征。对BiVO4微球的晶相转变因素作了深入的讨论。提出了一种晶相、形貌和尺寸可控的BiVO4微球的制备新方法。
Pure tetragonal BiVO4 microspheres with diameter of 7-9μm were prepared successfully by a simple lowtemperature coprecipitation method.The pure monoclinic BiVO4 microspheres,which had the same morphology and diameter as tetragonal BiVO4 microspheres,were achieved by annealing tetragonal BiVO_4 microspheres at 500℃ for 10 h.XRD and SEM techniques were used to study crystalline phases,morphology and size of obtained BiVO_4 microspheres.On the basis of annealing temperature,the transformation mechanism between tetragonal and monoclinic phase BiVO_4 microspheres was discussed in detail.The work developed a facile and new route for the synthesis of BiVO_4 microspheres with controllable crystalline phases,morphology and size.
