摘要
采用阳极氧化法制备出TiO_2纳米管阵列,对比了3种电解液体系[(a)氢氟酸+硫酸+水、(b)氟化钠+甘油+水、(c)氟化铵+乙二醇]对纳米管阵列形貌及光催化性能的影响。结果表明:3种电解液体系中制备出了不同长径比的TiO_2纳米管阵列,样品经450℃热处理后,主要为锐钛矿相TiO_2,同时具有良好的紫外光吸收能力,并在可见光范围内产生不同程度的波动。其中电解液(b)制备出的纳米管因具有合适的长径比而表现出优异的光催化降解气相苯的性能。
TiO2nanotube arrays were prepared by anodizing Ti in three kinds of electrolyte,hydrofluoric acid+sulfuric acid+water(electrolyte a);sodium fluoride+glycerol+water(electrolyte b);ammonium fluoride+glycol(electrolyte c).The influence of electrolyte composition on the morphology and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 samples was investigated.The results indicated that TiO2 nanotube arrays with different ratio of length to diameter could be successfully fabricated in the three kinds of electrolyte.After annealed at 450℃,anatase phase was dominant.The samples possessed a high UV absorbance and produced different degrees of fluctuation in the visible range.The nanotube arrays prepared in electrolyte(b)had remarkable photocatalytic efficiency of gaseous benzene.
