摘要
[目的]探讨水稻巨大胚突变体的萌发生理,为富含功能性成分的水稻新品种开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]研究巨大胚突变体MH-ge1及其野生型MH86在种子萌发过程中GABA及其他主要营养成分、相关酶活性的动态变化规律。[结果]与MH86相比,巨胚突变体MH-ge1的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数等均明显降低;淀粉酶活性较低,蛋白和脂肪含量较高;浸种后,突变体与野生型的GABA含量均迅速升高。[结论]巨大胚突变体发芽势较差,发芽率较低;巨大胚突变体发芽糙米GABA的富集与胚的大小基本成倍数关系。
[Objective]The aim was to explore the physiological effect during germination of the giant embryo rice mutant,and provide scientific basis for development and utilization of rice new varieties containing abundant functional components. [Method] Using the giant embryo rice mutant MH-ge1 and its wild type MH-86 as the materials,we observed the process of seeds' germination to understand the dynamic variation regularity of nutritional components including GABA and some related active enzymes. [Result]There were lower indexes on the germinating energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index of MH-ge1; amylase activity ofgiant embryo was lower,and there were higher volume of protein and fat. After soaking,the amount of GABA in MH-ge1 and MH86 was increased rapidly. [Conclusion]The mutant has the lower germinating energy and germination percentage; GABA gathering in the germinated brown rice of the mutants has multiple relationship to the size of embryo.
