摘要
[目的]建立离子色谱法同时测定水中Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)的方法。[方法]水样经0.22μm水相滤膜过滤后直接进样,采用Ion Pac CS16离子交换柱分离,以30 mmol/L甲磺酸(MSA)为淋洗液,等度洗脱,抑制型电导检测器进行检测,外标法定量。[结果]Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)在0.25~100.00 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2≥0.999 2),检出限(LOD)为0.011~0.027mg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.036~0.089 mg/L,加标回收率为91.00%~105.49%,相对标准偏差小于5%。[结论]抑制电导-离子色谱法操作简单,灵敏度高,精密度良好,结果可靠,适用于水样中Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)6种阳离子的同时定量测定。
[ Objective ] An ion chromatography method with suppressed conductivity detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of Li+ , Na +, NH4 + , K+ , Mg2+, Ca2+ in water. [ Method ] The sample was purified with 0.22 μm hydro fiber membranes,then analyzed by suppressed conductivity detection,and quantified by external standard method. The cations were separated by IonPac CS16 ion exchange column and eluted with 30 mmol/L methylsulfonic acid (MSA) aqueous solution under gradient elution. [Result] The calibration curves of Li+ ,Na+ ,NH4 + ,K+ , Mg2+ , Ca2+ performed good linear relationship (r2≥0.999 2) in range of 0.25 -100 mg/L. The limits of detection (LODs) were between 0.011 and 0.027 mg/L. The limits of quantification (LOQs) were between 0.036 and 0.089 mg/L. The recoveries of six cations were between 91.00% and 105.49% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5%. [ Conclusion] Ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection method can be applied to simultaneous quantitative determination of Li+ , Na + , NH4 + , K + , Mg2 + , Ca2 + in water with simple operation, high sensitivity,good precision and reliable results.
