摘要
体验式教学作为一种创新型教学模式,将有效提升教学水平和办学效果。该研究从高职教育的要求及特点出发,对徐州工业职业技术学院生物食品类专业运用体验式教学实践进行改革,探索校内外产学研平台结合体验式教学的实践及考核模式。笔者强调要充分发挥产学研平台的作用,积极开展各项科技创新活动,加强体验式的教学实践,构建体验式教学实践下的师资队伍和教学效果评价体系。研究旨在提高学生的专业综合素质,为其他专业和课程的教学改革提供参考,进一步促进职业院校教学改革的开展。
As a kind of innovative teaching mode,the experiential teaching will effectively improve the teaching level and effect. Based on the requirements and characteristics of higher vocational education,teaching reform was carried out in biological food specialty of Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology using the"experiential"teaching practice. The practice and assessment mode combining experiential teaching with production,education and research platform was explored. Several suggestions were proposed: give full play to the role of production,education and research platform,actively carry out scientific and technological innovation activities,strengthen experiential teaching practice,build a teaching staff and teaching effect evaluation system. The study aims to improve students' professional comprehensive qualities,provide reference for teaching reform of other majors and courses,further promote teaching reform in vocational colleges.
