研究牙周牙髓联合病变的治疗方法 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨应用综合疗法对牙周牙髓疾病进行治疗的临床疗效,对牙周牙髓病的治疗方法进行研究。方法 108例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各54例。对照组应用单一根管进行治疗,实验组应用综合疗法进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效与牙齿保留率、牙齿叩痛、牙齿松动与牙周炎情况。结果实验组总有效率与牙齿保留率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用综合疗法对牙周牙髓联合病变进行治疗,能够缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的患牙保留率,临床应用效果明显,可进行推广应用。
