摘要 从实验肿瘤学、肿瘤病理学等角度对碳离子治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤 S180 进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,在有氧和急性缺氧情况下碳离子可有效治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤 ,碳粒子照射后主要引起肿瘤组织的坏死变化。 In this paper, the transplantable sarcoma 180(S 180) treated with heavy carbon ions in mice were observed. The results show that heavy carbon ions could inhibit the growth of S 180 in mice under both aerobic and hypoxic states, and the main changes of the tumor were necrosis.
