摘要
医学科技查新档案是在科研立项和成果鉴定之前形成的具有保存价值的文件材料和真实反映。本文从医学查新档案研究现状及其特点出发,分析了开发利用医学科技查新档案资源的必要性。探讨了开发利用医学查新档案的方法,以期对今后挖掘医学查新档案资源有所帮助。
The archives of medical science and technology novelty search is a document material and a true reflection of the preservation value formed before the scientific research project and the achievement appraisal. In this paper, the necessity of developing and utilizing medical science and technology novelty search archives resources is analyzed based on the present situation and characteristics of the research of new medical records.Discusses the development and utilization of medical records of new archives method, with a view to the future of medical novelty search archives resources to help.
