摘要
在现有水环境承载力研究的基础上,提出了一种基于环境容量的水环境承载力评价方法,能够科学评价区域/流域水环境承载力。同时,以水环境承载力结果为基础,提出了一种考虑水环境承载力的总量控制方法。该方法科学合理、可操作性强,对即将开展的水环境承载力评价具有一定的借鉴意义,可为目前总量控制制度提供一种新的思路。
Based on the existing research,a method of water environmental carrying capacity evaluation on the foundation of environmental capacity was built,which could scientifically evaluate the water environmental carrying capacity of the city or basin.According to the results of water environmental carrying capacity,the gross control method was also established.The approach was scientific,rational and applicable,and could be used for the forthcoming evaluation of water environmental carrying capacity.The method advised in this paper provided a new way of thinking for the total amount control system.
