摘要
目的:分析急性阑尾炎围手术期的护理方法,总结其护理体会。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2015年6月收治的70例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理服务,观察组患者接受围术期整体护理服务,比较两组患者的治疗和护理效果。结果:观察组患者的切口愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,且术后并发症发生率2.9%明显低于对照组的22.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性阑尾炎围手术期患者开展整体护理干预,可有效缩短患者住院时间,促进其预后良好。
Objective：To analyze the nursing approach of acute appendicitis in the perioperative period and summarize the nursing experience.Method：Seventy patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different nursing methods,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given holistic nursing approach in the perioperative period.The treatment and nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Result：The healing time of incision length and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.9%,which was significantly lower than 22.9% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The holistic nursing intervention in the perioperative period for patients with acute appendicitis can effectively reduce the length of hospital stay and promote good prognosis.
