摘要
肺癌是目前发病率高、预后差的一种常见肿瘤,治疗方法的探索仍然是目前热点。中药多糖是具有多种作用的生物活性物质,其中抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用近年来被广泛关注。本文着重从中药多糖对肺癌细胞的直接抑制、对肺癌转移的抑制和增强机体免疫力方面进行综述。
Lung cancer is a highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis. The study has focused on the therapy for lung cancers. Chinese medicine polysaccharides are active ingredients with kinds of acts. Lots of studies on the immunoregulation and antitumor effects have been done recently. This paper describes the progress in the immunoregulation,antitumor and anti-transfer of polysaccharides.
