摘要
对压缩机出口混氢处管道系统振动原因进行分析,并通过在管路系统中增设止推支架,安装消振孔板及更换单向阀等一系列措施,有效地降低了因气流脉动引起的管路振动,实施后效果良好,解决装置安全运行隐患。
The cause of vibration occurred at outlet pipeline system of compressor was analyzed in this article. With the measures of setting stop support in pipeline system, installation of damping orifice plate and changing of check valve, the vibration if pipeline induced from gas pulsation has been effectively reduced, the hidden harm to the safe operation of the plant was removed.
