摘要
权利和自由的获得从来都不是一帆风顺的过程,大学的学术自由更是如此。借鉴阿克塞尔·霍耐特从"主体为承认而斗争"的发生过程建构的承认理论,文章分析了美国学者学术自由意识"从认知自我关系到实践自我关系"的转化过程和学者斗争主体从"个体到集体"的扩展过程。以此,文章阐释了美国大学学术自由的发展,并论证了美国学者的学术自由权利经历了个体和集体的不断抗争才在社会发展的某个阶段得到社会共同体的承认。
The acquisition of rights and freedom has never be a smooth process,especially on the academic freedom in universities. Referencing the Recognition Theory of " the Process of Subject 's Combat for Recognition" constructed by Axel Honneth,this paper analyzes the conversion process of academic freedom consciousness of American scholars from " the cognitive self- relation to practical self- relation" and the expansion process of combat subject from " individual to group". Therefore,this paper explains the development of academic freedom in the U. S universities from above perspectives and proves that: the rights of academic freedom of American scholars' have undergone the process of the continuous combat of individuals and groups,which finally obtain the recognition of social community at one period of social development.
