摘要
目的观察超脉冲CO_2激光联合调Q开关532nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效及安全性。方法将375例脂溢性角化病门诊患者分成3组各125例。治疗组采用超脉冲CO_2激光联合调Q开关532nm激光治疗,对照1组单纯采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,对照2组单纯应用多功能电离子治疗仪治疗。结果治疗组一次性痊愈率96.8%,高于对照1组的83.2%和对照2组的78.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总的不良反应发生率低于对照2组(P<0.05);浅表瘢痕发生率为0.0%,明显低于对照2组的7.2%和对照1组的4.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组暂时性色素沉着发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组色素减退发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2激光联合调Q开关532nm激光是治疗脂溢性角化病安全有效的方法,不良反应发生率明显降低。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the safety of ultra-pulsed CO2 laser in combination with the Q-switch 532 nm laser on the treatment of the seborrheic keratosis.Methods Three hundred and seventy-five cases of outpatients diagnosed as seborrheic keratosis were divided into three groups equally,with 125 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with the ultra-pulse CO2 laser and Q-switch 532 nm laser.Control group 1was treated with the ultra-pulse CO2.Control group 2was treated with the multifunctional electricion therapy apparatus.Results The one-time cure rate in treatment group was 96.8%,higher than that of83.2%in control group 1and 78.4%in control group 2,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.General complications were lower in treatment group than that control group 2（P〈0.05）.The number of total cases of complications in treatment group was less than control group.And superficial scar incidence was 0.0% in treatment group,which was significantly lower than that of 7.2%in control group 2,or that of 4.8%in control group 1.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of temporary pigmentation was statistically significant difference among 3groups（P〈0.05）,but the difference between two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The incidence of pigment loss rate among 3groups was not statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Ultrapulse CO2 laser combined with the Q-switch 532 nm laser in treatment of seborrheic keratosis is a safe and effective method,which shows a significant reduced incidence rate of side effects.
