摘要
CKD_(8S)型内燃机车是为苏丹铁路公司设计的交-直流电传动内燃机车,该车运用时环境温度高、风沙大且沙子的粒径较小;针对恶劣环境,该车的柴油机进气系统既要保证进气的清洁度,又要保证进气阻力满足柴油机工作的需求。首先为防风沙在有限车体空间内优化布置过滤元件,采用了全新的设计方案;其次应用CFD方法对该车柴油机进气通道的三维流场进行了数值仿真,获取内部流场的信息,得到进气通道各部分压力损失的量化结果,对风道的设计方案给予评估;进气阻力数值评估结果与该车出厂试验获得的试验数据相吻合,说明数值计算结果准确可靠,也证实此车进气系统的防风沙设计获得成功。
CKD_(8S) diesel locomotive is a kind of AC-DC electric diesel locomotives which is designed for Sudan Railway Company.This kind of locomotives are working in conditions combined with high temperature,heavy wind and dust.Moreover,the size of the sand is small.According to the harsh environment,the locomotive′s engine air intake system should not only guarantee the purity of the air intake,but also ensure the air intake resistance to meet the working requirements of diesel engine.First of all,in order to prevent blown sand,this paper uses a new design about optimal layout of filter elements in the finite body space.Secondly,this paper adopts the method of CFD,conducts a numeric simulation in Three-Dimensional flow field of the diesel engine′s air intake channel,gains the information of internal flow field,obtains the quantitative results of partial pressure loss of the inlet channel,and evaluates the design of air duct.The numerical evaluate results of the air intake resistance are in agreement with the experimental data which is obtained from the ex-factory experiment.It is proved that the results of numerical calculation are correct and reliable,and it also confirms that the blown sand prevention design of the air intake system is successful.
