摘要 以SPA-H型耐候钢为研究对象,添加不同含量的稀土元素Ce,进行电化学腐蚀实验,研究Ce含量对SPA-H型耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:通过增加Ce元素的含量可以提高SPA-H型耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能,腐蚀产物主要为α-Fe OOH、γ-Fe OOH、γ-Fe_3O_4、Fe_3O_4;当Ce元素的含量(质量分数)为0.043%时,耐候钢的平衡电位最高,腐蚀电流最低,耐腐蚀性能最好。 Taking SPA- H weathering steel as the research subject, by adding different contents of rare earth Ce,through erosive electrochemistry experiment, the influence of Ce content on the corrosion resistance of weathering steel is studied. The research results show that the Ce elements can improve the corrosion resistance of SPA- H weathering steel, and the corrosion products of weathering steel is mainly composed of the α- FeOOH、γ- FeOOH、γ- Fe3O4、Fe3O4 after electrochemical corrosion. When Ce elements content is 0.043%, the weathering steel has the higher equilibrium potential and the lower corrosion current with best corrosion resistance.
