摘要
以羊毛织物为研究对象,对比次氯酸钙和双氧水联合处理前后的羊毛织物的特性,分析该处理对羊毛纤维的表面形态,织物表面亲水性,染色性和织物顶破强力的影响。试验结果表明,经过次氯酸钙和双氧水的预处理,羊毛纤维表面的鳞片有部分脱离,羊毛织物的亲水性和对酸性染料的吸附性能得以改善,而织物的顶破性能无明显变化。
Wool fabric was treated with calcium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide. The morphology of wool fiber,wicking effect,dyeing property and bursting strength of the fabric were characterized. The results showed that after the treatment,some scales fell off the wool fiber surface,the wicking effect was improved and the K / S value of the dyed wool fabric increased while the treatment had little effect on bursting strength.
