摘要
"一带一路"倡议对汉语国际化人才的培养提出了新的要求,新疆作为"丝绸之路经济带"核心区在汉语国际教育和人才培养上面临重大机遇和挑战。本文通过梳理汉语国际化人才培养和新疆留学生汉语教学的现状与不足,基于塔吉克斯坦汉语需求调查问卷和访谈,提出新疆应充分利用自身地域与语言优势、双语教育优势和基础科研优势,创新"走出去"办学模式,拓宽人才培养渠道,构建汉语国际化人才的分层次培养模式,着力加强以就业为导向的普及型汉语国际化人才的培养。
The promotion of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative raises new requirements for the training of international Chinese talents and Xinjiang, as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, meets great opportunities as well as challenges in terms of Chinese international education and talent training. With a review of the current situation and drawbacks in the training of international Chinese talents and the Chinese language teaching to international students in Xinjiang, and a survey and interview about the demand for Chinese language in Tajikistan, this article suggests that Xinjiang should make full use of its advantages in geographic location, language resources, bilingual education, and fundamental research, and employ an innovative ＂export-oriented＂ school-running mode so as to widen its channels of talent training, and establish hierarchical training models with an emphasis on popular employment-oriented training of Chinese talents
