摘要
针对动态称重传感器在重车高速或变速行驶状态下随机误差大,容错率低的问题。以Cebon稀疏传感阵列优化理论为依据,结合多测量点计量方法,提出了一种基于多点计算的动态称重传感器阵列设计方法。该方法不仅能够大幅提高单只传感器的效率,同时能够使并列多排传感器的容错率大幅度提升,为高速公路智能化管理提供了一定的理论基础。
To research the large error issue of single row dynamic load cell under the high speed or variable speed driving state of heavy vehicle,in accordance with Cebon sparse sensor array optimization theory,combining with a multi-point measurement metering method,a optimized method which based on sensor array was proposed. This method can not only greatly improve the efficiency of single sensor,but also make the fault tolerance rate of parallel rows of sensor improved significantly,and it provides theoretical basis for the highway intelligent management.
