摘要
文中设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的六氟化硫密度继电器智能校验系统,实现多台六氟化硫密度继电器并行智能化校验,同时自动化、一体化实施多台六氟化硫密度继电器气体的加压、排放和回收以及自适应模板匹配。该系统通过硬件平台的搭建和软件架构的设计,对六氟化硫密度继电器的校验具有高鲁棒性、高精度以及能够实现不同旋角的智能化校验。
This article set out to design an intelligent calibration system which was based on machine vision technology for sulfur hexafluoride density relay,achieving intelligently calibrating more than one sulfur hexafluoride density relay parallel,as well as implementing adaptive template matching and gas supercharging,emissions and recycling automatically and integratedly. The system is robust,with high precision and able to achieve different angle of intelligent calibration in calibrating sulphur hexafluoride density relay for its hardware platform and software architecture.
