摘要
目的了解我院2010~2015年6月药品ADR发生的特点及一般规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考意见。方法采用回顾性分析方法,通过国家药品ADR监测系统检索我院2010年~2015年6月成功上报的178例药品ADR,按患者性别及年龄、给药途径、报告人职业分布、药品种类、引起ADR例数最多的前10种药品、累计器官或系统及主要临床表现、新的及严重的ADR报告数据进行统计分析。结果 178例ADR报告中,51~60岁年龄段的患者ADR发生率最高,占19.10%;静脉给药途径ADR发生率最高,占73.6%;抗肿瘤药物引起的ADR占25.12%;中药制剂引起的ADR占21.18%;抗感染药物引起的ADR占17.24%。ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件,占36.76%;严重ADR报告与一般ADR报告发生规律无特异性差异。讨论1积极上报儿童及妊娠期妇女ADR报告,为儿童及妊娠妇女用药提供安全性证据;2临床药师可指导患者上报ADR;3关注抗肿瘤药物、中药制剂及抗感染药物ADR,采取措施预防抗肿瘤药物引起的ADR,合理使用中药制剂及抗感染药物。
Objective To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） in our hospital from 2010 to June 2015,in order to provide reference for safe and rational drug use in the clinic. Methods Using retrospective analysis method,retrieve 178 cases of adverse drug reactions of our hospital from 2010 to June 2015 that success reported through the national adverse drug reaction monitoring system,According to patients’ gender and age,route of administration,professional distribution,category of drug,the top 10 kinds of medicines adrs,organs or systems involved and clinical manifestations,date of new and severe ADR. Results ＆ Conclusion In 178 cases of adverse reaction report,51 to 60 aged patients with the highest incidence of adverse reactions（ 19. 10%）; intravenous administration accounted for 73. 6%,which had the highest incidence of ADR; ADR induced by antineoplastic drug accounted for 25. 12%; ADR induced by traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） preparation for 21. 18%; ADR induced by antibiotics accounted for 17. 24%; main clinical manifestations were the lesions of skin and appendents,accounted for 36. 76%; Serious ADR reports and the general ADR reports has no specificity differences. Proposal 1 Report ADR reports on children and women during pregnancy,provide a basis for use in children and pregnant women; 2Clinical pharmacists can guide the patients reported ADR; 3Pay attention to adrs of antineoplastic drugs and anti- infective drugs,TCM preparations,Take measures to prevent adrs caused by antineoplastic drugs,use TCM preparations and anti- infective drugs rationaly.
