摘要
通过采用传记分析法采集国内外100位科学家的素质特征,并且借助经典素质模型建模路径对供销系统职教集团高职创新型人才素质模型进行构建,经研究,得出以下结论:一是高职创新型人才具有26项共性素质特征;二是素质划分为知识要素、思维要素、能力要素和个性动机4个维度;三是4个维度中知识要素起到基础性作用,思维要素和能力要素起到关键作用,个性动机起到促进作用。
Through using the method of biography collection quality characteristics of the 100 scientists at home and abroad, and with the help of classical quality model modeling path, supply and marketing system of vocational education group in higher vocational innovative talents,a quality model is built. The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1) The innovative talents in vocational college has 26 common quality characteristic;(2) Quality is divided into knowledge elements, elements of thinking, ability and personality motivation;(3) Knowledge play a fundamental role in the above four dimensions, elements and ability to play a key role of thinking, personality motivation play a promoting role.
