VES压裂液中表面活性剂对煤基质的伤害性研究

摘要 VES压裂液具有配制简单、携砂能力好、破胶彻底等优点,但其中的阳离子表面活性剂易在煤层基质表面发生吸附滞留。本文通过对煤基质接触后的VES压裂液中的表面活性剂残留的分析,得到了表面活性剂在煤粉表面的吸附等温曲线,可以通过这种方法来评价VES压裂液在煤层气开采过程中的地层伤害性。采用紫外分光光度法分析VES压裂液中的十六基三甲基溴化铵,它在煤粉表面的饱和吸附量为16.32 mg/g;使用两相滴定法分析VES压裂液中的十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,它在煤粉表面的饱和吸附量约为13.24mg/g。实验表明,不同的表面活性剂采用不同的分析测定方法更准确。 The VES fracturing fluid has many advantages such as easy to making up, excellent proppant transport ability and broken completely. However, the cationic surfactants often absorb on the surface of coal bed. The study on adsorption isotherm of the cationic surfactants used in VES fracturing fluid to the surface of coal dust were achieved. The result can used to evaluate the hurt to coal bed in the coal-gas exploitation. The saturated extent of adsorption of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide on coal dust surface was 16.32 mg/g which was analyzed by UV spectrophotometric method. Besides, the saturated extent of adsorption of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide on coal dust surface was 13.24 mg/g which was analyzed by titration method. It has been illustrated that the method should be differ when analyze different cationic surfactants.
