摘要
提出片状疲劳裂纹扩展行为的定量描述方法,建立片状疲劳裂纹扩展的参数化模型,并基于参数化模型建立片状疲劳裂纹扩展的有限元模型.利用本文的模拟方法,对紧凑拉伸试样中片状疲劳裂纹的扩展过程进行模拟,裂纹扩展形貌参数的模拟数据与实验测量数据可以很好地吻合.
The quantitative description method of flaky fatigue crack propagation is proposed.Base on it,aparameterized model for flaky fatigue crack propagation is established.And then,a finite element model for flaky fatigue crack propagation is established base on the parameterized model.Using the developed numerical simulation method,the propagation process of flaky fatigue crack in compact tensile specimen is simulated.Simulation data of crack propagation morphology parameters and its experimental data are in good agreement.
