摘要
目的探讨等离子双极电切术与2μm激光汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月间我院泌尿外科收治需手术治疗的前列腺增生患者共76例,将所有患者以数字随机分组形式均分为试验组及对照组,每组38例。其中试验组患者行2μm激光汽化切除术治疗,对照组患者行等离子双极电切术治疗,对比观察两组患者各项相关指标变化情况。结果两组患者平均手术时间对比无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组患者术中出血量、术后导尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗液用量以及住院时间均明显少于对照组患者,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组患者IPSS,RUV,Qmax,QOL等指标均较术前存在明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组术后对比并无明显差异(P>0.05);术后试验组患者继发性出血、尿路感染、尿道狭窄等并发症产生情况明显少于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于前列腺增生患者临床治疗中使用2μm激光汽化切除术安全、有效,可更好地减少患者残余尿量,对患者预后意义重大,值得于临床中进一步推广使用。
Objectives To study the plasma bipolar electric cut method and 2 microns laser vaporization resection for treatment of patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Choose between January 2015 and January 2015 hospital uropoiesis surgical department were to be a total of 76 patients with surgical treatment of hyperplasia of prostate,all patients were divided into experimental group and control group in the form of digital random grouping,38 cases in each group. The experimental group 2 microns laser vaporization resection in patients with treatment,control group patients plasma for the treatment of bipolar cutting,observed two groups of patients with various relevant index changes. Results Two groups of patients with no difference between the average operation time comparison（ P〉0. 05）; The experimental group patients intraoperative blood loss,postoperative catheter indwelling time,bladder rinses dosage and length of hospital stay were significantly less than the control group patients,there were statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; Two groups of patients with postoperative IPSS,RUV,Qmax and QOL indicators are more preexistent,statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,but two groups of postoperative contrast,there is no obvious difference（ P〉0. 05）; Postoperative patients with experimental secondary complications such as bleeding,urinary tract infection,urethral stricture is obviously less than the control group patients,statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In patients with prostatic hyperplasia clinical use 2 microns in laser vaporization resection is safe and effective,can reduce the residual urine volume in patients with better,is of great significance to the prognosis of patients,is worth further promotion in clinical use.
