摘要
教师对信息技术的采纳和持续使用是推进民族地区基础教育信息化发展的关键所在,因此对影响民族地区中小学教师采纳和使用信息技术的因素进行分析显得尤为重要。在参考技术采纳与利用整合理论模型(UTAUT模型)基础上建立了民族地区中小学教师信息技术采纳与使用影响因素模型,选取湖北省武陵山区部分中小学教师为研究对象进行了问卷数据的收集和处理,并采用结构方程模型对相关研究假设进行了检验,得出了影响民族地区中小学教师信息技术采纳与使用的关键因素,提出了相应建议。
The teachers' adoption and continued use of information technology is the key to promote the development of basic edu- cation informationization in minority nationality areas. It is very important to analyze the factors that affect the primary and middle school teachers' adoption and use of information technology in minority nationality areas. In this study, the authors established a model for the influencing factors on the primary and middle school teachers' adoption and use of the information technology in the minority na- tionality areas based on UTAUT model. The authors selected part of the primary and middle school teachers from Wuling mountain area in Hubei Province as the object of the study, gathered and processed the data. Then tested the research hypothesis using structural equation model, elicited the key factors on the primary and middle school teachers' adoption and use of the information technology in the minority nationality areas. The authors also proposed related suggestions according to the research results.
