摘要
超低温保存在保护动植物种质资源的多样性和安全性上发挥着重要的作用。采用中文期刊文献计量学方法研究我国近年超低温保存现状,着重分析文献的所属学科、各年度发表论文数、基金类别、论文作者、论文机构单位、下载和引用情况、发表期刊名称等数据。结果表明,2006—2014年间国内各类期刊发表超低温保存相关的学术论文超过200篇;超低温保存研究分布于众多学科中,其中以园艺学科为甚,其次为农作物、水产和渔业等学科。相关论文的资助项目包括国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)等。开展相关研究的主要单位为各地高校及研究所,如北京林业大学、河南大学、华中农业大学,等。相关研究报道有较高的下载次数(981次)和引用次数(43次);报道相关内容较多的期刊包括植物生理学通讯、安徽农业科学、园艺学报,等。结果可以大致反映出我国超低温保存研究的现状与发展趋势,为相关领域工作的科研者、管理者和情报者提供有意义的参考依据。
Plant germplasm has been seriously threatened by the improper activities of human beings. Cryopreservation is considered as the most efficient and ideal method of long term plant germplasm conservation, which plays an important role in the biodiversity conservation, sustainable development of agriculture and even in human survival. In this paper, research status of cryopreservation in China was investigated based on bibliometrics analysis of Chinese core journals. Using CNKI database, the paper number, published time, subject, fund item, author, affiliation, download and citation, and journal in the papers concerning cryopreservation were investigated. The results showed that cryopreservation became a hotspot, and more than 200 papers were published during 2006-2014. The subjects included horticultural science, crop science, fishery science and so on. The foundation items were from Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Technology Support Program, National High Technology Research and Development Program 863, and so on. The affiliations were universities and institutes such as Beijing Forestry University, Henan University, Huazhong Agricultural University, and so on. The hottest papers were downloaded for 981 times and cited for 43 times. The journals were Plant Physiology Journal, Journal of Anhui Agricultural Sciences, Acta Horticulturae Sinica, and so on. By this, the research status and trend of cryopreservation in China were summarized, and the results could provide a reference for the scientists, managers, and information workers in the related field.
