摘要
学术权力与行政权力的冲突主要表现在角色认同、利益分配、价值取向、运行方式以及制度规则等方面的分歧和差异。这些冲突已危及大学绩效,进而影响大学目标和理念的实现。然而冲突是中性的,对组织而言它不仅具有破坏性,同时富有建设性。把握冲突机理,可以增强组织能动性,促进组织发展。通过结构重组、职业分离、合作治理、文化弥合以及建设利益包容体等路径,妥善管理冲突,化解校园危机,使大学回归学术理性。
The conflict between academic power and administrative power is mainly in terms of differences in role identity, benefit allocation, values, operation mode and institutional rules. These conflicts have been endan- gering the university performance, thereby affecting the realization of the goals and philosophy of the university. However, the conflict is neutral, for the purposes of the organization which is not only destructive, but construc- tive. As long as we can grasp the mechanism of conflict, we can enhance organization initiative and promote or- ganization development. Through the paths of restructuring, vocational separating, cooperative governance, cul- tural bridging and building inclusive community of interests, we can properly manage conflicts and resolute cam- pus crisis, and eventually return to university academic rationality.
