肾癌下腔静脉癌栓诊断与治疗的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨肾癌下腔静脉癌栓诊断与治疗的临床研究。方法2014年3月到2015年7月期间,在我院就诊肾癌并发下腔静脉癌栓的患者共有7例,对其进行手术,分析术前的诊断、手术的方法以及患者的术后处理。结果经过诊断,确定了癌栓范围,采取合适的外科手术,将癌栓全部取出。有1例患者由于肝转移死于手术后第19天,其余6名患者均健在。结论各种诊断方法中,磁共振成像可以很好地确认肾癌下腔静脉癌栓的范围,然后再根据肿瘤癌栓的位置经过合适的外科手术治疗和术后治疗,提高了肾癌下腔静脉癌患者的康复几率。 Objective To investigate the clinical study of RCC diagnosis and treatment. Methods from March 2014 to July 2015, in our hospital for treatment of renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava thrombus in patients with a total of 7 patients, the surgery, analysis of preoperative diagnosis, surgical methods and patients. Results after postprocessing the diagnosis, determine the scope of tumor thrombus, take appropriate surgery, the tumor thrombus removed. All 1 patients with liver metastasis died nineteenth days after surgery, the remaining 6 patients were alive. Conclusion various diagnostic methods, magnetic resonance imaging can range well confirmed renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus, and then according to the location of tumor thrombus after appropriate surgical treatment and postoperative treatment, improve the recovery of patients with renal cell carcinoma of the inferior vena cava.
