摘要
本文依托能源互联网思维,提出建立待弃水电的制氢交易平台,可更为灵活高效地大规模消纳待弃水电,使水电企业、电网公司和制氢用户三方共赢获利。以四川省的待弃水电总量为例,本文计算了弃水制氢的规模,提出了近中期在交通行业中使用混氢天然气,时机成熟后转向纯氢燃料电池的氢气消纳路线,分析了该消纳路线的经济性并证明了其投资可行性。该路线有助于实现中西部水电大省产能端的"清洁替代"和用能端的"电能替代",同时引领产业链的优化升级。
This article proposes a hydroelectric-to-be-abandoned trading for hydrogen producing platform, using which does benefit to hydroelectric companies, the grid company and hydrogen producing company. The article calculates the scale of hydrogen production using hydroelectric-to-be-abandoned in Sichuan, proposes the HCNG pure-hydrogen transportation absorption route with economical efficiency analysis. This absorption route is not only helpful for clean replacement in energy producing step and electricity replacement in energy consumption step, but also helpful for industrial upgrading as well.
