摘要
目的评估关节镜下半月板部分切除术治疗老年人半月板后根损伤的临床结果。方法选择98例膝关节内侧半月板根部损伤的老年患者,均在关节镜下行内侧半月板部分切除术,总结其临床特点,术后随访3~5年,比较手术前后Lysholm评分改变,并统计患者对治疗满意率。结果本组患者症状主要为膝关节内侧方和后方疼痛及下蹲起立困难,39例（39.8%）有绞锁。术后所有患者关节绞锁症状消失,90例（91.8%）疼痛症状有改善。平均Lysholm评分从术前（51.9±7.6）分提高到术后随访的（83.2±5.4）分（P〈0.01）,82.6%患者对治疗结果满意。结论关节镜下半月板部分切除术治疗老年人内侧半月板后根损伤有助于改善症状,是可以选择的治疗方式。
Objective To observe the clinical features of posterior medial meniscus root tear and the results of arthroscopic partial meniscectomy in old patients. Methods Ninety-eight cases of posterior medial meniscus root tear treated with arthroscopic partial meniscectomy were followed- up of 3- 5 years. The preoperative physical signs, results of MRI, clinical results using the Lysholm Knee Scoring scale and patient satisfaction questionnaire were reviewed. Results Preoperatively, all patients presented symptoms of pain at medial or posterior part of knee joint or difficulty to squat and39 cases（39.8%） had joint lock. Postoperatively, 90 cases（91.8%） had improvement in pain; joint lock disappearance in all cases. The mean Lysholm score was significantly improved from 51.9±7.6 preoperatively to 83.2±5.4 at the last follow-up visit（P 0.01）. 82.6% of patients were satisfied with the results of the procedure. Conclusion Arthroscopic partial meniscectomy could help patients improve their symptoms in the case of posterior medial meniscus root tear.It is an option for old people.
